Registration for IAYMH 2022 is now open. Please note the following conference registration fees. If you are not quite ready to complete registration yet, please register your interest using the form below to ensure you are kept up to date with all conference news.

* Those eligible for concession rates include: full time students, carers, young people (unwaged), residents of a country on the UN list of least developed countries (as of 24 November 2021 and available to download here). Please note this list is subject to change and may be updated when new decisions become available.
** Online registration will close on Friday 16 September 2022, after which onsite registration fees will apply. It will not be possible to register for a Workshop after 16 September 2022. Please note that workshops do have limited capacity and are likely to be at full capacity much sooner.
- All registration fees are listed in EURO. Any bank fees or foreign exchange charges are the responsibility of the delegate
- Early Bird Registration closes 10 June, 2022 after which General Registration fees will apply
- Registration fees include the following: Welcome Reception on Thursday 29 September, 2022, on-site access to conference plenary sessions and parallel sessions, catering breaks and delegate materials
- Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard® and electronic bank transfer. From 1 September, 2022 all payments must be made by credit/debit card
- Cancellations must be sent via email to iaymh2022@advantagegroup.ie
- cancellations received within 3 days of registration are without penalty
- cancellations received on or before 24 June, 2022 will incur a €50 administration charge
- cancellations received between 25 June, 2022 and 22 July, 2022 inclusive will incur a 30% cancellation charge
- cancellations received between 23 July, 2022 and 19 August, 2022 inclusive will incur a 50% cancellation charge
- cancellations received between 20 August, 2022 and 16 September, 2022 inclusive will incur a 75% cancellation charge
- cancellations received after 16 September, 2022 will incur a 100% cancellation charge
- Please be advised that filming and/or photography will take place at IAYMH 2022. By registering for the conference you consent for the photographer, IAYMH and Advantage PCO to use conference images in any and all media. This may include, without limitation, their use in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited
- By registering for the conference you are providing consent for members of the conference Organising Committee, the Executive of the IAYMH and staff members of our Conference Organiser (Advantage PCO) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by email or telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications in relation to the conference and the Association. Please note that we will not disclose your contact details to any 3rd party

The conference database and registration system does not store or use any personal information other than the details that you will be asked to submit yourself during registration (please note no credit card details are stored within the registration system and the conference organisers do not have access to these). This data will only be used for the purposes of ensuring you receive all necessary information relating to IAYMH 2022.
Such communications may include but are not limited to:
- Registration and payment reminders
- Forthcoming registration or abstract submission deadlines
- Information mailings regarding conference programme, workshops or social events
- General information regarding conference sponsors or exhibitors
